Illegal Importation of Anabolic Steroids

Former NZ Bodybuilder Mark William Rainbow was caught by the authorities . He imported anabolic steroids from Thailand and concealed it in bottles marked with "gay lube oil" . It was later found out that the substance is a performance enhancing drug. He then repacked these substances and sold to clients. Rainbow labeled these steroids through the use of a trade name SSIS Pharmaceuticals. Repacking Anabolic staroids is harmful because it may put the consumers at greater health risk. Since the products did not pass any quality control and did not comply with pharmaceutical standards, the steroids sold by Rainbow can be considered harmful.Anabolic steroids are not illegal. Actually there are so many medical uses of this drug, but news reports from the different parts of the world showed that engaging in the anabolic steroid trade is a lucrative business especially if done through illegal means. There are still a lot of people who would take the risk even if they know that doing so may put them into jail.
